Tiger mosaics from animals

We’ll demonstrate on a picture of a tiger how the Adaptive Merging settings influence the finished mosaic.

If the “Adaptive Merging” is set to “None”, then the combining happens in the traditional way, so the original picture is copied onto the finished mosaic without  masking, according to the quantity set in the “Merge with original image” option.

It’s important that the “Adaptive Merging” and the “Merge with original image” settings define the applied technology together. If the combining isn’t necessary, then the “Merge with original image” should be 0% and the “Adaptive Merging” set to “None”.
